2,4-D diklorofenoksi asetik asit (2,4-D) dünya genelinde yaygın olarak kullanılmakta olan bir herbisit olup, tarımsal mücadelede yabani otları elimine etmekte kullanılır. ve formlarının balıklar üzerinde yarattığı toksik etki diğer sucul canlılar oluşan etkiden hayli fazladır. Bu çalışmada Diklorofenoksi herbisitinin gökkuşağı alabalığının (Oncorhynchus mykiss) biyokimyasal hematolojik parametreler üzerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Uygulama sonrasında zamana bağlı enzim parametrelerinde (MDA, GPx, SOD, CAT) artış belirlenirken doz, zaman doz x interaksiyonlarının etkileri ise çok önemli bulunmuştur (p
